At Belmont, we know that design has the power to transform. Our students are critical thinkers who are socially, historically, and culturally aware, enabling them to solve complex problems through great design.

The BFA in Interior Design program focuses on creating the most employable interior designers based on technical skill, creative problem solving and professionalism. You’ll gain skills in hand drafting and rendering, along with all relevant design technologies such as CAD, Sketch-up, and Revit. Naja Shabazz

Interior Designer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Huntsville Center

“O’More fully prepared me for my current job and was so pivotal for my career development. The small campus and student-teacher ratios helped me feel seen. I felt supported as a student of color and as though my perspective mattered greatly. Being a non-traditional student, I had many questions and concerns, but the welcoming environment and strong teaching history of the school positively influenced me. The layout of classes helped me to develop my skills both inside and outside of the classroom. I felt well-poised to pursue an internship because I knew that I could demonstrate my skills well.
